For those of you who haven't heard the story, when we moved here, Zeke had a little blanket to which he had grown attached. Well, about a month ago, Dan was out pushing him while he napped in his stroller. Upon waking up, as he often does, he threw his blanket out as if to say, "I'm finished. Ready to get up!" Well, Dan failed to see the thrown blanket and further failed to find it after he had realized the errors of his ways. So, later, after arriving at home, Zeke found Dan's blanket, which was of similar texture, only a LOT larger. So, these days, we lug around a big blanket whenever we'll be gone through one of Zeke's nap times. We're thinking of getting it hemmed, but still haven't. This is a picture of the coveted blanket.
Also, in an unrelated and less interesting story, last week Zeke tripped over his backpack and busted his lower lip on our hallway floor. It was his first bloody injury, so we thought we'd post a picture. He's much better now, though, so no worries.
